Responsible Disclosure
If you discover a security vulnerability in our systems, please follow our responsible disclosure process:
- Email us at info@edxtratech.com
- Provide detailed information about the vulnerability
- Allow us reasonable time to address the issue
- Do not publicly disclose until we've had time to fix it
Recognition Program
Security researchers who responsibly disclose valid vulnerabilities will be:
- Listed in our Hall of Fame (with permission)
- Acknowledged in our security advisories
- Given credit for their discovery
- Eligible for rewards based on severity (case-by-case basis)
Out of Scope
The following are generally not eligible for recognition:
- Social engineering attacks
- Denial of service attacks
- Physical attacks against our offices
- Issues in third-party services we don't control
- Previously known or reported issues
